Working in an office can sometimes feel very draining and strenuous. If you have ever heard people say, you have a great job sitting in the office all day, it easy! Then the person saying it must have never experienced an office environment before.

Although the body may not get as worn out as say a builder or sports worker would, working in an office can cause the brain to overload and get exhausted. There fore there are a few tips and techniques, which you may be able to perform that will indeed help you and your employees feel more relaxed.

If you run an office you want to get the most out of your workers, the mistake I see a lot of people doing, is trying to get the most hours out of your employees and not giving them any breaks throughout the day. Breaks are one of the most important aspects to relieve tension in the office, but do not just allow your employees to wonder off to the shop, over wise they will not get the full benefits. What you basically have to do is create a relaxation room in the building.

In this relaxation room, you will have a set of office massage chairs and yoga mats and accessories. Working on a computer or writing for 10 hours a day, tends to take a toll on your health after a while, and the best way to eliminate this is by getting your employees to perform a few simple yoga exercises that anyone of any height, weight and size can perform.

The yoga break session should be around mid-day for around 10 minutes; basically the whole team should take part, and you should start by standing on your feet and straightening your arms out in front of your chest, then you should slowly move your wrists up and down and repeat this for around two minutes. After this procedure the staff should then each have a 2 minute turn on the massage seats before starting work again.

Keeping yourself healthy at work should be your number one priority, besides from yoga you should take regular breaks away from the computer monitor, so that your eyes get a chance to relax. If you keep on pushing your body to its limit, then it will only end up failing on you. So relax and unwind so that your work will flow freely.
